Chili - Cheese Steaks

3 tbsp flour
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp Schneider's Bar-B-Que seasoning
1 tbsp Schneider's Hot Nacho Cheese seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
2 lb round steak
2 cups chopped onion
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

In cup combine flour, salt, Schneider's Bar-B-Que seasoning, Schneider's Hot Nacho Cheese and pepper. Trim excess fat; place steak on board and sprinkle with some flour mixture. With meat mallet pound mixture into meat. Turn and repeat. In skillet over medium high heat cook meat until well browned on both sides. In meat drippings cook onions until browned, stir in remaining flour mixture. Into large casserole, spoon onion mixture. Arrange steaks on top then add tomatoes. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours or until meat is fork tender. Spoon excess fat from meat. Sprinkle steaks with cheese. Heat until cheese is melted.
