Corn Bread
1 cup corn meal
1 cup flour (less 3 tbsp)
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp Schneider's Sour Cream & Onion seasoning
4 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
2 eggs slightly beaten
2 tbsp Schneider's Cheddar Cheese or Hot Nacho seasoning
Mix dry ingredients together. Combine eggs, milk and margarine. Add to dry ingredients. Stir until smooth. Turn into greased 8" square pan. Bake at 425 degrees F oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Cut into square, serve hot.
