Avocado Dip
1 large avocado
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp. Schneider's Parmesan & Garlic spice
1/2 tsp. Schneider's Cajun spice
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cut avocado in half, remove seed.
Scoop avocado with a spoon and mash with fork.
Add mayonnaise and spice.
Great with Tortilla chips or as a spread on crackers.
NOTE: Do not make too far ahead, dip will darken after a half an hour.
