Ham and Cheese Chicken Rolls

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
4 thin slices cooked ham
4 thin slices Swiss Cheese
2 tbsp vegetable oil or 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 10 oz can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 tbsp Schneider's Parmesan & Garlic seasoning

Flatten chicken breasts to even thickness. Place ham slice and cheese slice on each breast half. Roll up chicken from narrow end. Tuck in ham and cheese. Secure with toothpicks, if necessary.

In skillet over medium high heat, heat oil. Cook chicken rolls 10 minutes or until browned. Combine soup, milk, onions and Schneider's Parmesan and Garlic seasoning. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes or until cooked.
