Hash Browns
750 grams hash browns
500 grams sour cream
2 10 oz can mushroom soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 tbsp Schneider's Parmesan & Garlic seasoning
1 tbsp Schneider's Cheddar Cheese seasoning
small onion diced
salt and pepper
Mix together; place in 9" x 13" greased baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
