Hot Cajun Meat Dish
1 small head cabbage
1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion, minced
3 tbsp Schneider's Hot Nacho Seasoning
1 tbsp Schneider's Herb & Garlic Seasoning
1/3 cup rice, uncooked
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
Place meat, onion and seasonings in skillet - brown. Pour off excess fat - stir in rice. Chop cabbage in large pieces. In a 3 quart greased casserole dish layer cabbage followed with meat mixture. Follow with cabbage, then meat. Mix soup and water - pour mixture over cabbage. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 2 hours or until cabbage and rice are cooked.
