Hot Nacho Beef

1/2 lb ground beef; 1 medium onion, finely chopped; 1 tbsp. Schneider's Jalapeno Cheese; 1 tbsp. Schneider's Hot Nacho; 1 cup water; salt to taste; optional green chili pepper, chopped and 1 tsp. chili powder. Brown ground beef in frying pan. Add onions, cook until onion is soft. Add seasonings and stir well, cook for 1 minute. Add water and simmer until almost dry. Stir occasionally to make sure the mixture does not stick. Serve with tacos, salad, sour cream and grated cheese.
