Bar-B-Que Ribs
Rack of ribs
1 tbsp Schneider's Mesquite Bar-B-Que seasoning
salt
pepper
Sauce:
1 cup water
1 cup ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1 small diced onion
4 tbsp Schneider's Mesquite Bar-B-Que seasoning
Cut ribs into serving size. Fry until brown, sprinkle ribs with Schneider's Mesquite Bar-B-Que, salt and pepper. Place ribs in roasting dish. Pour sauce over ribs and cook at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours. Baste ribs every 15 minutes. Remove cover the last 15 minutes.
