Schneider's Popcorn Seed is high quality commercial seed.

Popcorn is a high fibre snack. Compare a 1/2 cup of Schneider's popcorn seed and 1/2 cup of anothers popcorn seed. Compare both quantities of finished product. There is an increased yield of 3 - 4 cups of popped kernels. The quality is evident when popped kernels have fingers extensions instead of a closed fist. By using Schneider's Theatre II Snack Maker and suggested oil usage the husk remains in the pot during the cooking process..

Shelf Life: 1 year when stored correctly. Kernels should not be placed in a frost free freeze, this removes the moisture. Place in deep freeze and thaw at room temperature prior to using.
