Do you have any gluten free product?
Yes. Our Kaktus Corn Chips are gluten free. Most of our seasonings have no gluten in them but are processed on the same line as products that do have gluten in them.
My popper seems to not be working. What do I do?
What is the best way to store popcorn kernels?
Airtight storage is best. It prevents moisture loss, which directly affects the corn's ability to pop. No moisture ... no pop. It is just that simple. Also, avoid the refrigerator. While some claim that cold storage makes better popcorn taste better, many refrigerators contain little moisture and will dry out the kernels.
Can I use other oils in my popper?
Yes. The amount of oil necessary depends on the kind of oil being used. The more dense the oil, the less you need.
Does the Theatre II Snack Maker work on an induction-stove top?
No it does not.
What are Kaktus Chips?
Kaktus Chips are a small hard pellet that expands to a light crunchy snack when heated in oil. There are 3 different varieties: corn, potato and wheat. They are a great alternative to potato chips.
How long will it take once I have placed an order for it to be shipped?
Once your order has been received, your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours via Canada Post. You will receive an email notification where you can track the status of your order.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our oils have a shelf life of two years. Our Kaktus chips have a shelf life of one year. Unopened seasonings have a shelf life of six to nine months. Opened seasonings have a shelf life of three to six months. Popcorn has an indefinite shelf life as long as it is stored in ideal conditions. However for best results, we recommend using it within one year from purchase.
My popcorn doesn’t pop like it used to. What’s wrong?
As popcorn ages, it tends to lose needed moisture. That is why it needs to be stored properly. (Try sprinkling a little water over the kernels, shake, and then let them set in an airtight container for at least a day before using.)
Is your popcorn non-GMO?
Yes, our popcorn is non-GMO.
Is there a warranty on the Snack Maker?
Yes, there is. The working parts of the popper are under a 5 year limited warranty. The pot itself is not under warranty. Proof of purchase is required to receive the warranty. All warranty claims should be sent directly to Schneider’s Gourmet World and not to the local store it was purchased from.

How much will it cost to ship my order to me?
Shipping rates vary throughout Canada but for most places, the standard rate is $9.99. Shipping rates are based according to your shipping address and are calculated when you checkout. We reserve the right to make additional charges for remote addresses and may refuse to process an order where shipping costs exceed the cost of the order.
What payment types do you accept?
We only accept credit card payments. Supported credit card types are Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and Discover.
Is the checkout process secure?
Yes. We use an encrypted SSL certificate to make certain all payment processing information is kept secure when completing your transactions.
What currencies do you support?
All payments will be made in Canadian dollars CAD.
Are there any taxes on our products?
Orders within Canada will be charged GST. The current GST rate is 5%.

Yes. During the checkout process you will be able to setup an account. If you do so you will be able to log into our website to check the status of your current and past orders. If you checkout as a guest you will receive email notifications when the status of your order changes.
