Simple and delicious. Cut washed, unpeeled potatoes into wedges. Place in mixing bowl. Season with seasoning salt. Add Schneider’s Gourmet World Coconut Oil and toss until the potatoes are covered. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread potatoes on sheet in a single layer. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until done. The longer you bake them, the crispier they get. Serve with sour cream or ketchup.

Hello Rachel ..This has to be the best interactive blog ever everything in the one spot. I am wondering if you can recommend any spice or seasoning that would be perfect to sprinkle on wedges for extra flavour ..Im really looking forward to purchasing some of your seasonings for summer BBQ . Hi, Nelly. We actually like our wedges just with seasoning salt and coconut oil. But if you are asking me, my favorites are dill pickle and parmesan and garlic!
