Simple and delicious. Cut washed, unpeeled potatoes into wedges. Place in mixing bowl. Season with seasoning salt. Add Schneider’s Gourmet World Coconut Oil and toss until the potatoes are covered. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread potatoes on sheet in a single layer. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until done. The longer you bake them, the crispier they get. Serve with sour cream or ketchup.
