Schneider’s Coconut Oil and Schneider’s Premium Canola Oil can reach a higher temperature before they start to burn or smoke. These oils are suggested because their low molecular structure makes them more stable and lighter than other oils. All Schneider’s Gourmet World suggested usages are guidelines to make a perfect snack. Individual consumers make the product determining the amount of oil and seasonings they wish to use. Both our Schneider’s Coconut Oil and Schneider’s Premium Canola Oil are non-hydrogenated. The Beta Carotene, which is what makes the oil a bright orange colour, is added to provide the oil with a butter flavour and bright colour without harmful additives.
FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY you can order the Coconut Oil in white, just in time for making caramel corn.

The perfect oil for making popcorn with!
I’ve been using this oil for about 15 years. It absolutely makes the best popcorn! The only complaint I have is that it turns green in the freezer (I need to freeze it to keep it from going bad as we dont use it fast enough) however it still seems to work just the same and isn’t green once melted.
Hi Cheryl. Thanks for the comment. I would like to suggest to you that you don’t need to freeze your coconut oil. Refrigeration would be just fine. I also would like to let you know that our coconut oil has a two year shelf life. Hope that helps.
